Please allow 2 to 3 working days for New Zealand orders. All orders are processed the day payment is received (up until 7pm) and couriered the following day. Please allow an extra day for rural delivery.

We will refund, replace or exchange any item you purchase provided it is returned to us in unused condition within 14 days of your purchase (21 days for international customers).
